This is a plain-English policy prepared by Senior Context LLC. It describes what we actually do with your data. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
Senior Context LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Legal correspondence: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US. Questions about this policy: seniorcontextllc@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you type when you book a call through the calendar on our contact page: your name, email address, and anything you add in the notes field.
- What you send us when you email or call: your message and your contact details.
That is the whole list. This website has no accounts, no forms of its own, and no newsletter.
What we don't do
- We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics or tracking pixels.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We do not use your data to train any model.
Services we rely on
- Calendly handles the booking calendar. It loads only on the contact page and processes what you enter under its own privacy policy. Calendly may set cookies inside its widget.
- Vercel hosts this site and, like any host, may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operations.
- Google Workspace is where our email and calendar live, so anything you send us is stored there.
Why we use it
To hold the call you booked, reply to what you asked, and follow up on it. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Until the conversation or engagement ends, plus whatever period tax and accounting rules require for business records. If you ask us to delete your details earlier, we will, unless a legal obligation prevents it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email seniorcontextllc@gmail.com and we will answer within a reasonable time. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not notify separately for minor edits.
